More Information
The High Land Jam is held the weekend after labor day every year in September at the 40 acre Pegasus Farm Campground in Elkins, West Virginia.

The Pegasus Farm is an ideal setting. Although just five minutes from town and the conveniences you need, the Farm is totally isolated. It is located in the center of the Tygart Valley — to the west is the highest mountain chain east of the Rockies (the Laurel and Rich Mountains, both over 4,000 feet high); to the east, rolling hills that lead into town, and eventually to another mountain chain, again over 4,000 feet in elevation. From the center of the campground, you can see all the mountains all around you! The southern and northern boundaries are marked with a quiet, clear-water run and the deep waters of Chenoweth Creek, a very large creek that empties into the Tygart River. On the other side of these waterways are hundreds of acres of pasture land and cornfields.

OTHER STUFF
Not to mention the two covered outdoor stages, over 15 bands, and good times, the Jam still provides a Kid\'s Tent and daily supervision of children. This year, if all goes well, we may have ready a volleyball area and playground.
